I’ve walked through grief, dissolved in self doubt from getting bullied for a decade, and lived under the heaviness of not enoughness.

For a long time, I let the outside world define my worth up until the point where I was forced to face my pain and come home to my truth.

And through the path of embodiment, MUSIC, somatic healing, and tantric remembrance, I alchemized pressure into pleasure.

Pain initially became a portal and my superpower.

Now I live from the inside out unapologetically, playfully, and fully expressed.

And I guide women like you to do the same.
